Destpeka Sales separates company-wide management, assigned sales work and customer-facing access.

  1. Managers can see the company-wide sales workspace and manage staff.
  2. Sales staff works with assigned customers and the related transactions.
  3. Customers use the catalogue and their own customer access.

Sign in to the admin workspace

Use the internal login to open the manager or sales staff workspace.

  1. Open the Admin Login page.
  2. Enter the internal user e-mail and password.
  3. If 2FA is enabled, complete the second-factor challenge.
  4. The account opens the workspace allowed by its role.

Complete the company profile

Company identity is the source used for customer-facing branding and business documents.

  1. Open Profile / Company settings.
  2. Complete the required company identity fields.
  3. Set the company currency and contact information.
  4. Upload the company logo and review the theme colour.
  5. Save the profile to unlock the configured workspace.

Use the dashboard

The dashboard provides the operational starting point for customers, orders, quotations and team activity.

  1. Open the dashboard after sign-in.
  2. Review the visible sales and customer information.
  3. Use the navigation to move into the required workspace.
  4. Manager and staff visibility changes according to role scope.

Catalogue & Customer Ordering

Everything the customer needs from browsing products to submitting an order request.

Browse the digital catalogue

Customers browse the current product catalogue instead of relying on a static PDF.

  1. Open the storefront.
  2. Browse available product categories.
  3. Review product information and ordering units.
  4. Use the catalogue on desktop or mobile.

Add a product to an order

The customer selects the product quantity and available ordering unit before adding it.

  1. Choose a product from the catalogue.
  2. Select the available ordering unit such as box or piece.
  3. Enter the required quantity.
  4. Select Add to Order.

Review the current order

Selected products and quantities can be checked before the customer submits the request.

  1. Open the current order.
  2. Review every selected product and quantity.
  3. Correct the order before submission if necessary.
  4. Continue with the customer order request.

Sign in as a customer

Customer access connects the catalogue experience to the customer account and commercial history.

  1. Open Customer Demo.
  2. Enter the customer e-mail and password provided by the sales team.
  3. Complete sign-in.
  4. Open the customer account experience.

Use the customer portal

Customers can review their account context, order history and quotation activity.

  1. Sign in with customer access.
  2. Open the customer account area.
  3. Review previous orders.
  4. Review quotation activity and pending decisions.

Reorder a previous purchase request

Returning customers can reuse previous order context instead of rebuilding the same product list manually.

  1. Open the customer account.
  2. Find the previous order to repeat.
  3. Use the available reorder action.
  4. Review quantities before submitting the new request.

Products & Categories

Build and maintain the catalogue used by customers and the sales team.

Manage products

Products hold the catalogue information, SKU, prices, ordering data and product image.

  1. Open Products.
  2. Review the product list and filters.
  3. Create a new product or open an existing product for editing.
  4. Maintain SKU, category, prices, flags and ordering information.
  5. Save changes and verify the catalogue result.

Add or replace product images

Product images are managed from the product form and appear in the customer catalogue.

  1. Open the product create or edit form.
  2. Choose the product image field.
  3. Upload a supported JPG, PNG or WEBP image.
  4. Save the product.
  5. Verify the new image in the product list and catalogue.

Manage categories

Categories organize products into a clear catalogue structure.

  1. Open Categories.
  2. Create or edit the required category.
  3. Keep category names clear for customer browsing.
  4. Save and verify the category in the catalogue structure.

Create customer access, assign sales ownership and control customer-specific prices.

Manage customers

Customer profiles are the central source for customer access, sales ownership and Customer-specific pricing authority.

  1. Open Customers.
  2. Create a new customer or open Manage on an existing customer.
  3. Complete customer contact and access details.
  4. Review assigned sales ownership.
  5. Save changes.

Create and share customer access

A customer account can receive login credentials for direct catalogue and portal access.

  1. Create or edit the customer.
  2. Use the customer access controls to generate or set the password.
  3. Save the customer.
  4. Use the generated share information to send access by the available channel.
  5. For security, an existing password is not exposed again after the fresh share state.

Generate a new customer password

Customer access can be rotated without exposing the old password.

  1. Open the customer management page.
  2. Use Generate New Password when access must be rotated.
  3. Save or confirm the action.
  4. Share the newly generated access information with the customer.

Assign or reassign a customer to sales staff

Managers control customer ownership across the sales team.

  1. Open the customer profile.
  2. Select an active staff member as the assigned owner.
  3. Save the customer.
  4. Existing transaction workspace follows the manager-controlled customer transfer.

Control customer price visibility

Pricing can be hidden, shown or selectively exposed according to the customer profile.

  1. Open the customer profile.
  2. Find the customer pricing controls.
  3. Choose the required pricing mode.
  4. Select the commercial price level where applicable.
  5. Save and verify the customer catalogue result.

Configure selective product pricing

Selective pricing allows approved products to expose customer prices while other catalogue prices remain hidden.

  1. Open the customer pricing workspace.
  2. Select the selective pricing mode.
  3. Search for the required products.
  4. Enable the products that may expose pricing.
  5. Choose the allowed price level for each rule and save.

Sales Staff

Create staff accounts, control access and manage customer ownership.

Manage sales staff

Staff accounts are managed by the manager and operate within assigned customer scope.

  1. Open Staff.
  2. Create a staff account when a new salesperson joins.
  3. Review active or inactive state.
  4. Use the account actions when access must be reset or deactivated.

Complete staff onboarding

New staff receives a temporary password and must set a private password on first login.

  1. Manager creates the staff account.
  2. The system generates the temporary onboarding password.
  3. Share the temporary access securely with the staff member.
  4. Staff signs in and sets a private password before entering the workspace.

Reset or deactivate staff access

A manager can restart onboarding or revoke an inactive salesperson’s sessions.

  1. Open the staff account.
  2. Use Reset Password when onboarding must be restarted.
  3. Use Deactivate when the staff member should lose workspace access.
  4. Existing sessions are revoked according to the selected action.

Order communication can use the configured sales routing and assigned staff context.

  1. Open the order detail.
  2. Review the customer and assigned sales staff.
  3. Use the available e-mail or WhatsApp action.
  4. Review the generated communication content before continuing.

Archive or restore an order

Completed operational records can be archived and restored without losing their history.

  1. Open the required order.
  2. Use Archive when the record should leave the active workspace.
  3. Open the archived record when it must return.
  4. Use Restore to return it to the active workflow.

Create a quotation from an order

A reviewed customer order can continue directly into quotation creation.

  1. Open the customer order.
  2. Select Create Quotation.
  3. Review the customer, products and quantities copied from the order.
  4. Select or confirm the appropriate commercial pricing.
  5. Complete and save the quotation.

Quotations

Create, issue, share and follow customer quotations and decisions.

The quotation workspace keeps draft, issued and void records together with customer decision states.

  1. Open Quotations.
  2. Find the required customer quotation.
  3. Review its commercial status and customer context.
  4. Open the quotation for the required next action.

Create a manual quotation

A quotation can also be created independently when it does not start from an existing customer order.

  1. Open Quotations.
  2. Choose the manual Create Quotation action.
  3. Select the customer and required products.
  4. Review quantities and commercial pricing.
  5. Save the quotation.

Manage quotation status

Quotation lifecycle supports draft, issued and void status, plus customer decisions after public review.

  1. Prepare the quotation as a draft.
  2. Issue the quotation when it is ready for the customer.
  3. Use Void when a quotation should no longer be active.
  4. Monitor the customer decision after review.

Generate the quotation PDF

Quotation documents use the configured company identity, currency and document template runtime.

  1. Open the required quotation.
  2. Use the PDF/document action.
  3. Review the generated company and customer information.
  4. Download or share the document according to the sales workflow.

Send a quotation to the customer

Issued quotation information can be communicated using the configured e-mail and customer review workflow.

  1. Open the issued quotation.
  2. Use the available send/share action.
  3. Confirm the intended customer communication.
  4. The customer can continue into the public quotation review experience.

Accept, request changes or decline a quotation

The customer decision is recorded against the quotation workflow.

  1. Open the quotation review provided by the sales team.
  2. Review the quotation information.
  3. Choose Accept, Request Changes or Decline.
  4. Submit the decision so the sales team can continue.

Archive, restore or export quotations

Quotation records can be kept out of the active workspace and exported when required.

  1. Open the relevant quotation workspace.
  2. Use Archive for completed or inactive records.
  3. Use Restore when the record must return to active work.
  4. Use the available export action when quotation data is needed outside the system.

Purchase Workflow

Use purchase orders and purchase quotations for procurement-side work.

Work with purchase orders

Purchase order work is available inside the customer-scoped operational workspace and can be exported.

  1. Open the relevant procurement/customer workspace.
  2. Create or review the purchase order.
  3. Confirm products, quantities and commercial information.
  4. Use the purchase order export when the document is required externally.

Manage purchase quotations

Purchase quotations have a dedicated procurement-side workspace.

  1. Open Purchase Quotations.
  2. Review existing procurement quotations.
  3. Open the required record or choose Create.
  4. Complete the supplier/procurement information and save.

  1. Open Purchase Quotations.

Import, Export & Documents

Bulk data transfer and shared document template management for managers.

Import products

Product import is preview-first and confirms changes by SKU.

  1. Open Tools.
  2. Download the product template if needed.
  3. Prepare the spreadsheet using the expected headers.
  4. Upload the file to Preview before any database change.
  5. Review validation results and confirm the import only when correct.

Export products

The product catalogue can be exported as an XLSX data file.

  1. Open Tools.
  2. Find the Product Export area.
  3. Choose Export.
  4. Save the generated XLSX file.

Import customers

Customer import is preview-first and can apply assignment changes only after confirmation.

  1. Open Tools.
  2. Download the customer template when required.
  3. Prepare the customer spreadsheet using supported headers.
  4. Upload to Preview.
  5. Review ownership/validation changes and Confirm only when correct.

Export customers

Customer data can be exported as an XLSX workbook.

  1. Open Tools.
  2. Find Customer Export.
  3. Choose Export.
  4. Save the generated XLSX file.

Manage the shared document template

The manager can upload a shared XLSX document template or a PDF stationery background for business documents.

  1. Open Tools and find Document Templates.
  2. Choose the supported XLSX template or PDF stationery file.
  3. For XLSX, keep all required document tokens in the template.
  4. Upload and validate the shared template.
  5. Remove or replace the shared template only when the business document format must change.

Settings, Communication & Security

Configure company identity, e-mail, installable app behaviour, notifications and account security.

Manage branding and company identity

Customer-facing identity and generated documents use the configured company profile.

  1. Open Profile.
  2. Update company identity and contact information.
  3. Review currency, WhatsApp details and tenant logo.
  4. Set the available theme colour.
  5. Save and verify customer-facing branding.

Configure e-mail settings

Mail configuration controls the application path used by order and quotation notifications.

  1. Open Profile / Mail settings.
  2. Complete the configured mail provider fields.
  3. Set the notification recipient and required notification toggles.
  4. Save the configuration.
  5. Use the Mail Test action to verify the configured path.

Install Destpeka Sales as a PWA

Supported devices can use the web application with installable PWA behaviour.

  1. Open Destpeka Sales in a supported browser.
  2. Use the Install App action when the browser makes it available.
  3. Confirm installation.
  4. Open the installed app from the device like a normal application.

Use web push notifications

Push subscriptions can notify the assigned internal user for supported order and quotation events when the device/environment permits.

  1. Use Destpeka Sales on a browser/device that supports web push.
  2. Allow the application notification permission when requested.
  3. Keep the device subscription active.
  4. Relevant order or quotation workflow notifications route to the intended assigned user.

Enable Two-Factor Authentication

Manager and staff accounts can protect password login with a TOTP second factor.

  1. Open the account Security area.
  2. Start 2FA setup.
  3. Scan the provisioning QR code with an authenticator application.
  4. Enter the generated verification code to confirm setup.
  5. Store the one-time recovery codes securely.

Sign in with 2FA or a recovery code

Accounts with 2FA complete a second challenge after the password step.

  1. Enter the account e-mail and password.
  2. Complete the 2FA challenge using the authenticator code.
  3. If the authenticator is unavailable, use one unused recovery code.
  4. A recovery code is consumed after successful use.

Disable 2FA

2FA removal requires account verification rather than a simple unauthenticated toggle.

  1. Open Security.
  2. Choose the Disable 2FA action.
  3. Confirm the account password.
  4. Complete the required second-factor verification.

Read activity history

Important transaction events remain visible with the related order or quotation context.

  1. Open the relevant order or transaction.
  2. Find the Activity History section.
  3. Read the recorded workflow events in sequence.
  4. Use the history when reviewing status, ownership or customer communication context.
